Experience

Cici has consulted on a wide range of financial reporting issues involving IFRS, U.S. GAAP, Bermuda, and U.S. statutory accounting. She has experience managing projects of varying scope for clients in several jurisdictions. Her consulting assignments have also included reserve calculations, appointed actuary support, reserve reviews, year-end audit support, mergers and acquisitions, and pricing analysis.

Prior to joining Milliman, Cici worked at Manulife in Toronto and John Hancock in Boston, where she gained experience in U.S. GAAP financial reporting, valuation, LTC experience study, and internal audit.
