Elyse Orkin is the Director of Operations & Client Services for the Milliman Advanced Risk Adjusters (MARA) product. Elyse is currently responsible for leadership and strategic initiatives for the MARA product, including oversight of financials, account management, reporting and analytics, and product releases.

Experience

Elyse has more than 30 years of consulting, account management, data/reporting, and healthcare industry experience. She joined Milliman in 2013. Prior to joining Milliman, she worked on health care analytics, business intelligence, and health care reform initiatives as Executive Director of Business Intelligence & Chief Financial Officer on the provider side. She has served payers, employers, and providers through consulting and software implementations as Vice President of Consulting Services for a large business intelligence solutions and consulting firm. She has a blend of healthcare and statistical knowledge along with expertise in end-user technologies, financial analysis, training, and sales support.
